At SMK Medical LLC, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. However, due to the specialized nature of our products and services, we enforce a specific refund policy.
No Refunds on Custom Work, Coaching Packages, or Consulting Services
There are no refunds offered for custom work, coaching packages, or consulting services. These services are tailored to individual client needs and specifications, and thus, are non-refundable.
Refunds on Goods
Subject to the terms outlined in this policy, we offer refunds on the purchase of physical goods but not on the provision of services. Our return period for goods lasts 14 days post-delivery. If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.

Goods that have been made or personalized for you are non-refundable unless found to be defective. Please review and confirm all items prior to purchase.
Initiating a Return
For returns, please contact us via our official email on our website. We will provide the return address. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within seven business days, assuming the item is in a reasonable condition.
Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returning items. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, except in the case of faulty items.
Shipping Insurance
For returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
